Refund Policy

Overview

Digital Optimization and Process Improvement, LLC, also known as DOPI, sells digital products, paid digital content, and online resources through DOPIllc.com.

Our products may include paid articles, frameworks, workbooks, worksheets, templates, guides, downloads, educational resources, digital tools, and other informational materials.

Because these products are digital and may be made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Once payment is completed and access to the digital content is granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits, except where required by applicable law.

Digital Products and Paid Content

By purchasing from DOPI, you understand that you are purchasing access to digital content. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated in the product description.

Digital products cannot be returned once they are accessed, downloaded, viewed, delivered, or otherwise made available to you. For that reason, purchases are non-refundable.

This policy applies to all DOPI digital products and paid content, including but not limited to:

  • Paid articles and paywalled content
  • Frameworks
  • Workbooks
  • Worksheets
  • Templates
  • Guides
  • Downloadable files
  • Online educational resources
  • Digital tools
  • Research materials
  • Process improvement materials
  • Governance, risk, compliance, resiliency, AI, data, and operations-related resources
  • Any other paid digital content offered by DOPI

No Refunds

DOPI does not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the purchased content
  • Accidental purchases
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Not reading the product description before purchase
  • Lack of time to use the content
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • Loss of access caused by violating DOPI’s Terms of Use
  • Sharing, redistributing, copying, reselling, or misusing DOPI content
  • Incompatibility with a customer’s preferred device, software, browser, or platform unless DOPI specifically represented compatibility before purchase

Paid Articles and Paywalled Content

Some articles or resources on DOPIllc.com may require payment to continue reading or accessing the full content.

Once payment is completed and access to the paid article or paywalled content is granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Purchasing access to a paid article gives you access to view that content for your own individual use only. It does not give you ownership of the article or permission to copy, share, publish, distribute, forward, screenshot, repost, resell, or otherwise make the content available to others.

Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased content, please contact DOPI at Contact@dopillc.com.

DOPI will make reasonable efforts to help restore access or provide the purchased content again. A technical access issue does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If DOPI determines that the issue was caused by DOPI’s system and DOPI is unable to provide access within a reasonable time, DOPI may issue a refund or credit at its discretion or where required by applicable law.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact DOPI at Contact@dopillc.com with your name, order number, purchase date, and payment details.

Verified duplicate charges may be refunded to the original payment method.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact DOPI immediately at Contact@dopillc.com.

DOPI may request additional information to investigate the transaction. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or payment processor rules.

Subscriptions, Memberships, or Recurring Access

If DOPI offers subscriptions, memberships, or recurring access plans, you are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want the plan to renew.

Canceling a subscription or membership prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period once access to paid content has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property Violations

DOPI’s paid content is protected intellectual property. If DOPI determines that a purchaser has copied, shared, distributed, resold, published, or otherwise misused DOPI content, DOPI may suspend or terminate access without a refund.
